How to use Kiued in your browser

There are 3 ways to add bookmarks to kiued. While you can add bookmark to kiued using the online form, it may not be the most convenient way to do so. Why not have a button in your browser which would automatically add the current page to your kiued bookmarks. Kiued can integrate into your browser in 2 manners.

The bookmarks

The first way to integrate kiued to your browser is also the lightest. This method should work with all browser with javascript enabled. You will simply need to add some of the following links to your bookmark toolbar. Most browser will let you drag a link directly into a toolbar to add it.

For more information on how to add bookmarks on your toolbar, please refer yourself to the documentation of you browser.

The Firefox Add-on

This add-on will add extra menu options to let you add links to kiued. For instance, by right clicking on a link, you will have the option "Add this link to kiued.com". Same goes for when you right click in the middle of page. In Firefox 2, you will even have extra menu options under the Bookmarks menu.

Make sure you set your default location correctly in the Add-on's options.

You can download the Firefox Add-on from the Add-on's page on Mozilla's Add-On list.
